 At Elevate Utah, our Immigration Legal Program provides trusted, high-quality legal services to individuals and families navigating the complex U.S. immigration system. Our team of experienced Immigration Attorneys and Department of Justice Accredited Representatives offers comprehensive support across a wide range of cases, including family-based petitions, humanitarian relief such as U visas, VAWA, and DACA renewals, as well as more complex matters like defensive asylum for individuals in removal proceedings.

In addition to direct legal services, our program connects clients to Elevate Utah’s broader wraparound supports, including food assistance, workforce development, and English classes. This holistic model helps stabilize families while they pursue legal pathways toward safety, stability, and long-term success.

Consultations

Elevate Utah offers immigration consultations to provide individuals with personalized advice and guidance based on their specific immigration needs. During the consultation, our experts evaluate the individual's circumstances, answer questions, and provide recommendations for the best course of action.

Please note that starting July 1, 2024 the initial thirty minute consultation fee is $50. Every extra 15 minutes will cost $25.

Asylum

Elevate Utah offers assistance to individuals who are seeking asylum in the United States due to fear of persecution in their home country. Our immigration experts guide clients through the asylum application process, helping them gather necessary documentation and prepare a strong case.

VAWA (Violence Against Women Act)

We provide support to survivors of domestic violence who are eligible for immigration benefits under the VAWA. Our team offers guidance in filing the necessary petitions, compiling evidence, and navigating the legal procedures involved.

U-Visa

Elevate Utah assists individuals who have been victims of certain qualifying crimes and are seeking a U-Visa, which provides temporary legal status and work authorization. Our immigration experts help clients gather the required documentation, complete the application, and communicate with law enforcement agencies.

Family Petitions

We assist individuals in filing family-based petitions, including those for spouses, children, parents, and siblings. Our team provides guidance in preparing the necessary forms, supporting documentation, and evidence of the familial relationship.
