Jeff grew up in Salt Lake City, but left after high school for two years, where he was a missionary for his church in Argentina. After returning, he completed a degree in finance from the University of Utah, followed by an MBA from Utah State University. Jeff worked for Marriott International for 26 years, spending time in several locations in the U.S., in addition to both Mexico and England. Since returning from England, Jeff has worked with a private equity firm to support small business development. He also provides accounting and human resources services to small businesses. Jeff works with both foster children and children in orphanages as a volunteer. Jeff is married and has three daughters. Now, mostly retired, he spends time outdoors and with his five grandchildren.
